No they didn't call back, but I spoke to someone who put me on hold and made a couple of calls - They may well have been to her Great Aunt, but it made me feel more valued - She also made sure the Tag Number was updated so they are searching for the missing bag and not one I've already got.

Did she? More likely they just told you that as a stalling tactic.
