No they didn't call back, but I spoke to someone who put me on hold and made a couple of calls - They may well have been to her Great Aunt, but it made me feel more valued - She also made sure the Tag Number was updated so they are searching for the missing bag and not one I've already got.


- Over the weekend the FIRST lady did go off and get someone to physically search in the usual places.
