Sorry to belabor the point, but I want to be very clear about this as we've had problems:
1. You had the old passport still in the record for the flight
2. You used the new passport during the confirmation phase of OLCI
3. It worked and did not mismatch?
If so, that definitely contradicts my experience and what I've been told by Web Support should be happening.
