Don't waste your time. No-one will read it. There are a lot of missing bags at any one time and the staff will not take time off to read a long email. By continually ringing and asking to change references you will just over complicate it all.
Unfortunately with World Tracer sometimes things take time to update and the bag may reach you before the system is updated. Just buy any essentials (if they weren't in bags 1-4) and await delivery.
Then if you still feel unhappy complain to BA after the event.
