Think about it; National locations would have to remain staffed and or rely upon garage attendants staying on/reporting for duty which during a major snow storm is asking much. NYC was shutting down mass and other transit so employees had a window to get home or remain stranded for the duration.
So did the OP call the 800 number or call the actual location?
Some give odds on that you may get a different answer from the different phone numbers or even no answer at one?
