First night not counted as "qualifying night" while late check-in
Just booked and stayed 2 nights in Chennai Crowne Plaza, people who travel India should be familiar that most international flight landing around mid-night, my flight was landing at 0030 on 17 Jan, I do not have status in IHG so of course I reserved 16 Jan (and check out on 18 Jan) so that I can get into my room at around 2am. And before my arrival I did send an email to hotel and told them my flight arrival information so that they can pick me up.
In my bill, 2 nights were paid, but my online account info is showing "1 qualifying night" (instead of 2), so is this normal?
