You could also look at www.yarts.com and also at www.amtrak.com for other options to get to / from Yosemite. Flying into Fresno would be possible from either LAX, DFW or PHX with AA as mentioned above, or from San Diego with Alaska. If you were to fly into San Jose then Caltrain or Amtrak's San Joaquin would be options to get you round to the Bay Area and then towards Yosemite in an environmentally friendly way.
