I couldn't find any link on Google Flights that would send me to a booking site, not was I able to get any similar results through the AA or the TAP sites. I've tried multi-city and even searching the legs separately on the site of the respective airline...without any success.
Is it just a price glitch on Google Flights or is there any hope that the fare actually exists??

Have you tried to give TAP a call? I am not sure where in the world you are located, but you can find a contact number for your country here:

I found the flight on ITA Matrix as well. I found it using (all without quotes) "UIO" as my departure airport and "ZRH" as my destination. In the advanced routing field, I put "MIA, LIS" in the outbound field and "LIS, MIA" in the return code. It provided me with 3 flights on the outbound at your price. The difference being the layover in LIS (min: 1h35m, max: 13h25m). On the return flight, there are 2 flights possible with a 3h5m or a 8h45m layover in MIA. The Google Flights itinerary above has the shortest layovers.
