I booked reward travel yyt-yow / yow-yyz-yyt for my wife and kids next month.
We received an email over the weekend advising of an itinerary change on the return. Instead of connecting to AC694 & getting home at a reasonable hour, they appear to have been bumped to AC696 which results in a seven hour layover in YYZ & not getting home til 01:27am which isn't ideal with two small kids.

If I dig around on EF and AC.com I now can't find AC694 at all for that date which is odd. Perhaps it's been cancelled?

Anyway, I'm going to call in tomorrow and try and get a better itinerary. Any tips on helping secure this would be welcome. Ideally they'd put them on on the direct flight AC8992 but thats not showing any Aeroplan availability of course. (Or we would have booked it in the first place).
