Thanks! I completely agree! They really did a great job connecting with each passenger, better than any other airline I've flown up front. While I like a proactive crew, I prefer a less formal interactions. Both my QF flights I've flown to date delivered just that.

First off, thanks for reading! You betcha I complained. I'm normally pretty tolerant and easy going, but that crossed the line. I doubt the crew got disciplined, but at least I got a few miles out of it!

To be fair, it was summer. I prefer every I drink during the summer icy cold. In the winter though, I'll happily take my whisky neat!
