Flying ORD-MEX-EZE at the end of March and again at the end of April. First time will be solo, 777 both ways. Second trip will be family vacation 787 down and 777 back. I've seen mixed reviews on AM, most of the positive experiences on the 787s. I know the 777 AM fleet is aging and angle flat, to be replaced by 787-9s in the near future. Given no incentive to update the 777s, how bad is the hard product?

How about the soft product? Sounds like AM has made some efforts to improve in this area, but again, seems to be hit and miss. Anyone flown this route/aircraft type recently and had a good or bad experience?
