For a short business trip of one or two nights, can anyone suggest the smallest garment bag without wheels as a carry on? One suit, 2 shirts and 2 sets of inners is the typical packing along with 13in Mac, 2 A5 books, chargers and personal items such as keys, cards, medicines etc. The aircraft types are ATR72, Boeing 737, Airbus 320. For short haul, it is mostly ATR 72. I want to carry just one bag which fits into ATR overhead bin. I have got a full size Delsey garment bag which does not work for ATR. Exploring Tumi or B&R but not sure about 22in size fit into ATR. Are there any 20 or 21 inch garment bags? I assume the size is not shrunk due to suit width as well. I am 5 ft 9in and fall under medium build from a western men size classification. I do not pack any shoes as I wear only one pair for such trips.
