... still seeing this, they try to charge over 20 euros more when I'm logged in for a two night stay for hotel in Bangkok (Platinum status). WTB fix. Not even a promotional rate. Would BRG help or what? If I'm not logged in I can't redeem any points so can't really book without status number and show up at the hotel as platinum.

Kind of pointless to have status and get charged more for lounge access etc.
