It's possible but rare. I wouldn't worry about it.

Depends on what you are looking for really. If you're looking to talk to each other a lot then adjacent aisle seats (C & H) are the way to go. If you just want to enjoy the experience together then a window / aisle combo will be just fine. If you're both window fiends then 1A and 2A will be great

If this will be your first international business experience then I think you'll have a great time. The food and seat are much much better than the economy experience. Go in with a relaxed mindset and a forgiving attitude
