Be prepared to bring out the HHonors T&C if you are challenged. I had a problem recently when checking in, gave the name of my guest. The FDC refused to give a second free breakfast, saying I was limited to one only. I asked for the manager who refused the breakfast, saying I would only get 1. I had to show him the T&C saying the room gets 2 for the 2 registered guests. Then he tried to deny the 2nd guest free until I showed him the T&C on that. Even then, he tried to deny the benefit despite the words in bold "2nd guest free"
