seawolf I understand your point however what has made me mad is the SIXT practice, which I have seen in hundreds of posts on the web.They are trying to make a profit out of the customer, they want to deceive and exploit the customer.They sent me photos that were taken after the end of my rental, I have photo just after leaving the branch with one scratch they charging me.I have rented for all the other companies and never had any incident as this.They make me to not want to rent again and they had consumed many hours of my time.
Does anyone know where can I make a complaint about it?Does anyone know law offices that had been involved in such cases in Germany?
