It's really not clear what you're asking here...

If you're asking if you can pickup a rental you've made at a different airport to the one you booked it at, the answer is NO. If you attempt they, they will need to change the booking (or make a new one) - just the same as if you had done so yourself online or over the phone. This will cause the reservation to be re-priced, which means the price will potentially be (significantly) higher.


If you're asking if you can rent a car from one location and return it to another, the answer is YES. You can specify this at the time of booking, change it over the phone, or even just drop it off at the different location.

However there can be a charge for this. Sometimes it'll be a different rate, sometimes a drop fee, sometimes even a per-mile rate (especially for corporate rates). If you book it as a one-way, the price the website gives will include everything. If you change it over the phone they can tell you the new rate. If you simply drop it off at the different airport, then you risk the difference being significant, and you won't know the rate until it's too late...
