And yes, I agree that the idea of "salmon sushi" is not at all appetizing.
I am in agreement with your theory. I avoid those kind of places in Canada but they seem to do decent business --the quality is terrible and I wonder how much corner cutting there is on a 10 dollar all you can eat place.
