Spirit Airlines terrible
Worst air experience!!suffered greatly from this ordeal. Missed an important appointment, a day of work....
From LAX to ORD.
1.We were told to wait for 15-min again and again... due to mechanical problem for 4 hours.
2. Divert to St. Louis, was told inclement weather in Chicago, the plane needed fuel and the pilot needed a break.
3. Total delay more than 10 hours. No communication, no food, no water. Kids
sleeping on the floor (night fright).
4. On the plane, no pillows, no blankets,
no drink were available. Flight attendents were rude!
5. Sent us a $100 future flight credit, emailed to request one round trip--refused.
What should we do?
