No I didn't pay for the extra insurance as I payed for parkings all the travel and I have never caused any damage for 22years driving. The issue is they claiming for damages for which 1)I found a photo of the first rental day with the scratch on 2) they never sent me a photo of the 2nd damage and 3) the photos from the 3rd scratch are different, seemed like the one photo with the scratch was taken after the day I checked out.To mention also they had diffrenent sizes at the docs they sent me.They sent the photos with the invloice after 50 days of the rental end date.
I see at many forums similar incidents so how one can defend himself in such situations vs a multinational co.?I see these complaints dating from 2009 and I saw many complaints to the consumer protection bodies -why these companies stay in business after repeatedly exploit customers?
