I am sitting in a blizzard at an IAD airport hotel about 2 miles from budget car rental return. The rental is due back at 6pm today and unless I get it back they will charge for another day. I am not taking a chance on driving with my daughter in these conditions. I think this is very bad form on budgets part and will be the last time i will use theirs or avis's services
