I'm sure this has been address before but I wasn't able to find an answer to my specific query. I have an upcoming booking with two people on the booking and on the MyFlights app it shows my BAEC number FQTR for the second person on the booking and their own number under FQTV. Then it shows my number denoted with "Both" for myself. What exactly does this imply?

Is having the number there what lets the second person change their seats online even without status? Would they be allowed to enter the lounge if I wasn't there as a result of this FQTR designation?
