Not sure what else a second guest would cost the hotel, if you get the same room and food isn't included... an extra towel to wash and a bit more water used?
Well, it's a Conrad in Asia, and the OP is a Diamond, so there will be breakfast and lounge access (including open bar) for the second guest.
