I'm not sure I fully understand the scenario here. Your post is to vague to understand the scenario properly.

Did you book through one of the Accor booking channels which entitles you to Le Club points?

The Le Club programme only grants point for bookings made as follows:

7.1. RESERVATION CHANNELS ELIGIBLE FOR POINTS
Stays booked at the eligible rates via Accor distribution channels (Accor Internet sites, Accor reservation center, hotels) and traditional travel agencies using a GDS (Global Distribution System) connected automatically to the Accor reservation center, entitle the Member to earn Points.
Eligible stays therefore do not include: stays booked via a reseller, tour operator or third-party on-line travel agent (such as Expedia.com, Booking.com, etc.). These stays do not enable the Member to earn Points, nor accumulate Eligible Nights to obtain a status.


If you didn't book through one of the acceptable booking channels there is no entitlement to points or benefits. If you've been granted points or benefits for bookings previously outside these channels you have been fortunate to receive something you were not entitled to.

However if you did book through one of the accepted channels you'll probably get more assistance here if you can provide more information of the circumstances.
