Just had sushi there a few months ago.
It was fantastic. Try the maguro comparison. Each restaurant has different names for it but it is a line up of different grades of maguro. Chef will tell you what order to eat it.
BTW - if you go to the auction, all the tuna are frozen solid.
Second, I went at 3 am and I was 40 something in line. By 4 am, there were no spots available.
