I changed my flight to LAX to the later one (UA 1813 at 21:26). So i'll gone have a stressless connection at IAH.
But I didn't need the later flight, because I made it from deplane to the Club in less then 30minutes. As recommended I took the exit and the semi-TSA-pre at E (no wait) instead of the transit-security (long lines).
