It sounds like the pregnancy was a pre-existing condition when you booked; you were just not aware of it. How Chase will deal with that, I do not know.
Does the business card Ink Plus provide coverage for PERSONAL trips?
On the rental car coverage, all business cards specify the rental must be for business purpose. I would imagine this applies to all trip insurance coverage that the trip must be business trip.
I hope the fine prints have some clear definition on the trip coverage. Else like the rental car coverage, it said the insurer has the right to demand proof on the rental is for business purpose... then you are SOL.
