why is carrier surcharge different for market fare?
so trying to book reward travel to Europe and the carrier surcharge using priority rewards (SE) is $30.

But when i look at market fare - which happens to be less miles - the carrier surcharge jumps up an additional $300.

Any idea why? shouldn't it be the same?
