Loaded a few hundred using VGC at RA yesterday, but it gave an error the first couple of tries ... Eventually everything went through though.
No need to panic, just intermittent system-wide issues going on.
Also based on the E-disclosures email earlier, I'm starting to see a pattern. Seems like they like sending out notices or any changes to accounts on Fridays. Not sure how this is useful information yet, but worth bearing in mind perhaps.
