This is another example of Hyatt's clumsy and suspect handling of data. It appears this new "Free Night "Award" is for recently redeemed DSUs from the 2015-2016 allotment for stays past 2/2016. The 2015-2016 DSU allotment totals are still viewable, but don't appear to be updated when a recent DSU from that bucket has been redeemed. There is a separate listing for Anniversary Night Awards (Chase CC). This has been my experience. Hyatt, please fix this soon!
