Access provided by the Citi Prestige card requires that you are traveling same day on AA and it allows for family or up to 2 guests:
The primary cardmember may bring as guest(s) either immediate family (spouse, domestic partner and/or children under 18 years of age) or up to two traveling guests.
Status based access to lounges is limited to one guest, who also needs to be on the qualifying oneworld itinerary:
Emerald and Sapphire members may invite one guest to join them in the lounge. The guest must also be traveling on a flight operated and marketed by a oneworld carrier.
Unless your 3-4 guests are family, you will only be able to bring in two based on your access with the Prestige card, unless you run into a sympathetic admittance agent.
