See if your agent can do that and then apply the DSU based on your occupancy of the room. The front desk can then run the receipt in either name attached to the reservation.

I've done the same thing before when my partner was a Diamond for a year also - reservation in my name but used his DSU.
Private Line Agent are dedicated agents that are assigned to our accounts - offered when GP was going through a transition period where they had a lot of new agents that were being trained and couldn't give the correct answers.
But in this case, any experienced well trained agent should be able to do it - contact Gold Passport Concierge here on Flyertalk via PM - I'm sure they could help you - they are amongst the best trained agents that Hyatt has.
