Somebody tried cash, which failed too. Many people are getting errors when swiping their serve cards, before selecting tender. It seems like it's a loading issue in general. Someone tweeted amex, and they said they're working on it, but the word of a clueless csr isn't worth much. Thankfully, reports of success are coming in today. Seems like they had an issue which was fixed.
