2. To travel to Switzerland you need a passport and, perhaps, an onwards ticket
3. It's not easy to get a swiss visa. To work there, you'll likely need to know French, German, Italian or Romanisch, depending on which canton of the federation you want to live in, especially for work at McDonalds, since you have to interact with customers.
4. People are not 'pretty loaded' in Switzerland because while minimum wages are high, cost of living is very high.
