Hi,

After many stays in the Pullman Defense in Paris, I didn't received points on my card, when you know that each stays it's a minimum of 2300points, It is really complete to accept that. The reason was because I don't book myself but thru my company.

Any goodwill gesture has been done!!!!

This problem occurs only in the Pullman Hotel.

So do you have any idea how they can accept to make somethings.
