Had a perfectly good time in their biz product, very good service, good food, and decent seat, i dont sleep on planes so was not concerned about the length.
Y is Y, bags get lost on every airline, and connections get busted everywhere except CLT
. OP's trip does not sound like fun, but is also not a reason to write the airline off wholesale.
