I spoke to BA and if you have the physical boarding pass showing that it is a J fare, then no problem, luckily I got mine printed for the way in, I need to find a solution for the way back as I don't have those boarding passes on my phone anymore but my boyfriend does, it is a lot of hassle for something very simple to do! Now we have to scan everything, send it to BA and then they will award the missing flights.
