The HI Mao Khao in Phuket is solid value at 15K per night. Very quiet. I can't recall what PhiPhi is charging, but I don't think it's worth the premium.
Although when calculating the cost of meals and drinks, it worked out cheaper for me just to pay the cash rate at the HR Phuket and get it all included as a Diamond...
