Even if it shows all as ticketed it may not be really fine.
I had (and still have, DOT complaint pending resolution) a very similar issue with a UA ticketed CA award. All is ticketed fine, Saudia site confirms it. But, CA only has the first of two flights in their PNR and though they can see that the other flight is ticketed, they will not honor it as it is not on their PNR. UA is unable to fix it and says all is fine; re-ticketing didn't help. CA is equally unhelpful to me or UA when they call them.
Hopefully here it's not the same issue for the OP. It sounds like it could be.
My point here is, though, that a flight may be ticketed properly, but if the operating carrier has the ticket but no record of the flight on their PNR, the res. won't be honored. That is an issue that ticketing and operating carrier have to work together to fix.
Most people don't realize that the PNR and ticket are two separate and only loosely connected items and that both have to be in sync in order to be able to fly, nor how easy it is for the two go out of sync. PNR is having a seat/space on the flights, while ticket is showing that it has been properly paid for. Having one without the other - either way - is the same as having nothing at all. And the PNR has to be checked on for each operating carrier.
