i agree the chances are not great, but i think they are better for planes leaving IAD than those getting in in the late afternoon. after all UA probably wants planes out of there to reduce deicing costs and provide more fluidity in other operations.

We will suspend flights at our Dulles hub and other mid-Atlantic airports starting Friday, Jan. 22, at 4 p.m. ET.
