I quickly search the thread, but didn't have time to read the entire replies... so sorry if this is a repetitive question.

I have a $1000 + 2 x $104 AA travel vouchers that were 1) issued as VDB and 2) fare difference refund. I am hoping to buy a DONE4 ex-JNB soon and was hoping to get this issued as an AA ticket. Can I use these vouchers to apply them to this DONE4 ticket? If so, how can I do this?
