You need to fix it ASAP--perhaps try to get DL and KE together on a three-way (conference) call with you. IIRC DL agents can't call to add a third party but you can. I did this once.

However, I would not do it during a blizzard. You don't want to waste time on long holds and to me it's common courtesy to postpone nonessential calls during particularly bad WX events.

ADDED: Have you tried to view your ticket on the Saudia Airlines website? Believe it or not, this often works.

BTW, I assume that KE has tried to locate the ticket by its ticket number and I assume also that you've tried various permutations of your name on their website, such as first and middle name together without a space.
