If you end up using all points or points/cash, I believe every resort in HIX's portfolio is 35k a night. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

I know I have heard good things about the Panama City Beach resort (Florida). Cash rates in high season are ~$300 a night, but that doesn't matter if you use points!
