Well, it's different in Windows.

As I wrote above, right clicking on the "document" or, as I referred to it, "page with a folded corner" icon produced site information, i.e., security and permissions. However, experimenting some more, right clicking on the actual URL address results in a drop down menu including "Edit search engines..."
