Exactly. I keep Way2Ride on my phone for the odd occasion when I find myself in a yellow taxi. In theory it could also be useful for e-hailing a taxi if I'm on a street where all the cabs seem to be full and the app shows available cabs nearby. But I'd only do that if Uber/Lyft were on Surge/Prime Time and Gett had no availability, as I greatly prefer taking Uber/Lyft/Gett cars to yellow taxis.
