I do realize that some other Starwood FS hotels might have lounges. My understanding though is that only Sheraton has a lounge as part of its brand standard. While I'm sure there are Westins in NA with lounges, I'd guess there are far more that don't. And even some that used to have them removed them (i.e. Waltham Westin) where they used to have one. And the only LeM I have stayed at in the US didn't have a lounge either. So I'm guessing they are similar to Westins in that regard.
