I am glad this is finally closed, as last year I stayed in this property for quite a few times, as one I believe this is the only Arlington property that has shuttle to DFW, two even weekdays rate are constantly below $100, three it is one of the few Hilton properties in DFW area that has smoking rooms ( I am a smoker).

Other than that, this property is extremely dated, the rooms, the hallway, and the elevators seems like it hasn't had any update for 20+ years, even the HI sign right by the highway was the old HI sign from the 80s, all their front desk staff told me it will most likely rebrand to a lower brand like one from Wyndham or Choice by the end of last year (particular wyndham, since no matter what brand it is, wydham's brands have really low standard) since the owner doesn't want to do spend any money to remodel (it needs an extensive remodel, not just the rooms). The staff there were truly wonderful though, I wrote compliments to quite a few staff and also wrote a review on TA.
