Hello,

I flew Tam airlines on the 30th of December LHR-GRU return and GRU-SCL return and until now they still haven't posted my avios and TP on my BA account. this is strange because the ticket number was part of a whole package including a flight with LAN, only the flight with LAN has been posted (second leg, one way) nothing on the first leg and nothing on both returns on the 17th of Jan.
this is frustrating as they are business class fare (J), so totally eligible. I put a complaint on BA and it says that it is rejected because the partner already gave me the avios and TP, which is not the case.
Has anyone been in the same situation and how did you solve this? I really need to get that silver status!!!
