I have read this and your previous post and to put some balance to it I have to say that my dealings with all the BA staff with my father were exemplary with the one exception of the man on the baggage desk at Gatwick who couldn't have cared less. And that's the problem isn't it, it only takes one bad apple to ruin the whole experience and undoes all the fine help given by all the other staff.
