Thanks for all the information.

Can't wait for the flight now...... Sounds like JAL and CX's current offerings are both pretty poor

I flew (about a year or so ago) on a CX A340 from NRT to HKG. It was an underwhelming, coffin type seat but it was bearable. I'm interested to note they no longer offer a bed style seat. Poor show.

So, would the recommendation be a JAL 767? (or indeed the 787)
